HTR is an empty vape hardware manufacturer focused on helping cannabis and hemp brands build reliable devices – not selling oil.
Founded in 2018 in Dongguan, China, HTR specializes in the design and production of empty disposable vape devices, cartridges, 510 batteries and related accessories. We work exclusively with licensed brands, processors and distributors in legal markets, providing the hardware platforms behind many of today’s vape products.

To keep roles and responsibilities clear, HTR has a strict scope:
We supply empty hardware only.
We do not manufacture, fill or sell any oil, nicotine or THC products.
All filling, formulation, branding and regulatory compliance are handled by our customers and their licensed partners in their respective markets. This separation allows us to focus on engineering, quality and supply chain, while our clients focus on product, compliance and marketing.
