Getting Started with HTR Hardware

If you are new to HTR, start here:

1. Understand our role
HTR is an empty vape hardware manufacturer for licensed cannabis and hemp brands, processors and distributors.
We design and produce disposable devices, postless vapes, dual-chamber vapes, cartridges and 510 batteries.
2. Choose your vape type
Decide whether your project is best suited for:
– Disposable devices (1g–8g)
– Postless or centerless designs
– Dual-chamber / switch devices
– Cartridges + 510 batteries
3. Prepare basic project info
Before contacting us, it helps to clarify:
– Target capacities (e.g. 1g / 2g / 3g / 5g)

– Estimated volumes and timing

A few of the most common questions we receive:

Do you sell finished THC or nicotine products?
No. HTR supplies empty vape hardware only – devices, cartridges and batteries. We do not manufacture, fill or sell any oil, nicotine or THC products.

Can you advise on which device fits our oil?
We can make recommendations from a hardware perspective (coil, intake, capacity, structure) based on your oil description and usage scenario. Final validation should always be done with your own oil and filling process.

Can we get documentation before placing a large order?
Yes. We can provide platform-level documents and sample-level data to support your evaluation and internal approvals, and then refine details as the project progresses.

Do you support custom or ODM platforms?
